- What should I include in my sports RFP?
Include your sport, preferred dates (and any alternates), the number of teams, athletes and spectators, the facilities you need (courts, fields, ice or pools), your peak hotel room needs and your budget. The more details you share, the better we can match you with the right venues and hotels.
- Can I upload an existing RFP?
Yes. Attach your RFP or bid documents using the upload field on this page, or contact our Sports Commission team to talk through your event.
- What happens after I submit my RFP?
Our team reviews your request, shares it with venues and hotels that fit your needs, and follows up with options for your event.
- Is there a fee for the Sports Commission’s services?
No. The Rhode Island Sports Commission’s planning services are free.
